Distances and shot demands are balanced, and most holes present a straightforward, readable playing line. While the design lacks dramatic elevation changes or bold visual features, it excels through its structural clarity and fairness.

Maintenance & Condition – 8.1 / 10

Greens are reliable and mostly flat, with more contour present on holes 3, 14 and 16. Fairway quality varies, with hole 14 being the strongest and hole 1 the weakest. Bunkers contain coarser sand, leading to inconsistent strike quality and reduced confidence for players. Some tee boxes show visible wear. GUR areas are minimal and do not interfere with play, keeping the overall condition solid.
